Our Story

Industry Experience
Adrian Cittadini began his career in 1983 at Arthur Engineering Pty Ltd, specialising in abattoir conveyor systems and mechanical aids for major council and privately owned abattoirs across Australia.
In 1992, he founded Meatlink Engineering - expanding into full turnkey greensite projects for Beef, Sheep, Goat, Camel and other species processing across Indonesia, Malaysia, India, the Middle East and China, with all equipment manufactured in Melbourne and installed by our own staff.
Today, Meatlink Engineering offers a complete one-stop-shop for the red meat industry - from initial concept and process design through to construction management and operational handover.
