From Conveyor Systems
to Complete Facilities
Adrian Cittadini began his career in 1983 at Arthur Engineering Pty Ltd, specialising in abattoir conveyor systems and mechanical aids for major council and privately owned abattoirs across Australia.
In 1992, he founded Meatlink Engineering - expanding into full turnkey greensite projects for Beef, Sheep, Goat, Camel and other species processing. Projects spanned Indonesia, Malaysia, India, the Middle East and China, with all equipment manufactured in Melbourne and installed by Meatlink staff.
To meet growing demand on local builds, Adrian also founded Industrial & Commercial Resource Group, delivering pre-cast concrete panels, structural steelwork and large-scale commercial construction - capabilities that are now integral to Meatlink's full-service offering.
Today, Meatlink Engineering is a complete one-stop-shop for the red meat industry - from initial concept and process design through to construction management and operational handover.
